Ghost Tour Information
How long is the tour?
The Ghost Tour lasts around 90 minutes: 45 minutes on the river and 45 minutes on foot. The tour begins at Mill Lane and ends in Market Square.
Where do I need to go for my booking?
All tours depart from our Mill Lane Punting Station. Please arrive by 4:45 pm for a 5:00 pm departure. Return travel from Market Square is self-arranged.
Can I move or reschedule my ticket?
Rescheduling is available by contacting our Bookings Team directly. Online rescheduling is not available.
What if the weather changes on the day?
Tours run in most weather conditions. Blankets and umbrellas are provided on the punt. Please dress warmly with suitable footwear for the walking section. If conditions become unsafe, we will contact you.
How many people can each boat hold?
Our punts hold up to 12 passengers. Walking groups are up to 24 people. The tour is recommended for adults and older children.
Do you have wheelchair access?
We have wheelchair access at Mill Lane for the punting section. The walking route includes cobbles and uneven surfaces, so may not suit all guests. Please contact us to discuss access needs.
