This best-selling combined Cambridge tour ticket offers the broadest introduction to the city, combining a place on our award-winning shared punt tour with a seat on City Sightseeing's multi-lingual bus tour. 

Your punt guide will take you along the famous College Backs entertaining you with insight into the history of our city and its famous university. Take a look at the Cambridge river history with a tour map at the bottom of the page here.

The river tour is complemented perfectly by the hop-on and hop-off bus tour from which you can explore the University Botanic Garden, the Fitzwilliam Museum, the American Cemetery and more.

City Sightseeing tours run daily throughout the year.

Excluding: 25, 26 December, 1 January

First tour: 10:10 a.m.
Last tour: 5:10 p.m. (summer), 3:40 p.m. (winter)


Additional Information

This combined tour is only available as an online e-ticket and is not available to purchase at our punting stations. E-tickets are open dated and are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. You can activate your ticket on the City Sightseeing Bus (please ensure you take a print-out to activate on the bus) or at either of our Punting Stations (show us your ticket on your mobile device or use a print-out).

Your Cambridge Tour e-ticket can be redeemed at either our Mill Lane or Quayside Punting Stations and is easy to use: just present our staff with a print-out or show it to them on your mobile device to claim a place on the next available tour.

Shared punt tours along the College Backs can be taken daily from 9:00, departing every 15-30 minutes. Our punts can seat up to 12 people and are dressed with cushions and blankets. They come equipped with additional blankets and umbrellas, in case the weather changes.

Your bus tour ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time of first use. There are 20 stops along the 80 minute route and you hop on and off the tour as much as you like. From April to late September bus tours run daily from 10:00, departing every 20 minutes. Outside this period they run every 40 minutes.

Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
