Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

• When you have a fixed date and time, get in touch with us to book in advance, giving at least 5-day notice. If you have to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can rearrange your booking.

• To book, contact us over the phone 01223 359750 or via email enquiries@scudamores.com quoting your voucher reference number.

• The voucher may be redeemed as part-payment for a service greater in value than the product specified.

• The voucher may be used to pay for a service of lesser value, at which point the unused balance will be carried forward and a new voucher code will be created.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

• The expiry date is 18 months after issue.

• All services are subject to our standard terms and conditions and are subject to availability.

• We require you to bring and submit the original voucher (not a photocopy) on the day you come to see us.
