We provide life jackets to all customers and we can provide dry bags on request to protect your packed lunch and essentials.
Conditions of Hire
The minimum age for hiring a boat is 16 years old.
Personal buoyancy aids (life-vests for swimmers or life-jackets for non-swimmers) are included as part of the hire and must be worn.

Additional Information
Your online booking is valid for all day hire of a double kayak towards Grantchester. Your boat can be collected at our Granta Place Boatyard at anytime between 9:00 and 14:00 (between 9:00 and 12:00 at weekends) on the reserved day. Please note that before you head off, we take a security deposit of a credit card imprint. Double kayaks must be returned by 21:00 or the day's closing time, whichever is earlier.
All day boat hire can be purchased in advance online or through our Bookings Team on 01223 359750. Boats can also be hired on a walk-up basis at our Boatyard.
