E-Tickets may only be purchased online.

E-Ticket Rates
|
All rates quoted on this website include VAT charged at the current
rate, where applicable.

Disability Access
|
Despite the constraints of our historic riverside locations, we are
committed to ensuring that the widest range of people can access our
punt stations and enjoy the river. Please contact us for further
information and to discuss your specific requirements.

Product Withdrawal
|
We reserve the right to withdraw E-Ticket products at any time without
prior notice. Should we do so, holders of unexpired, unredeemed
E-Tickets of the withdrawn product will be offered the option of
taking an alternative product of the same or greater value or of
receiving a refund of the full value of the withdrawn product.

Payment

Confirmation
|
We require full payment online to confirm an E-Ticket. At the payment
page you can choose to pay in USD ($) or EUR (€) instead of the
default GBP (£); for further information please click
here.

Payment method
|
We accept most major cards, except Amex and Diners Club.
|

Altering or Cancelling an E-Ticket
|

Altering
|
Please contact us if you want to change your E-Ticket from one product
to another. If you change your product to a lower value one we cannot
refund the difference.
|

Cancelling
|
Once purchased we cannot refund E-Tickets, except in specific cases of
E-Ticket product withdrawal where the holder of the withdrawn product
does not wish to accept an alternative.

Using an E-Ticket
|

E-Ticket redemption
|
E-Tickets are valid for use from the time of purchase. To redeem your
E-Ticket you will need the E-Ticket Number emailed to you upon
purchase. If you lose your Number we can use your name and email
address to find the Number for you.

Restrictions
|
E-Tickets are only valid during our standard
opening hours.
|
|
Fast track service
|
The fast track service allows E-Ticketholders to bypass most of the
queue at peak times, but doesn't guarantee a punt immediately.
|
|
Expiry date
|
E-Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot
be used once they have expired.
