E-tickets are only available online.

Altering
|
Please contact us if you want to change your E-Ticket from one product to another. If you change your product to a lower value one we cannot refund the difference.

Cancelling
|
We cannot refund E-Tickets.

| Using an E-Ticket |
|
E-Ticket redemption
|
To redeem your E-Ticket you will need the E-Ticket Number emailed to you upon purchase. If you lose your Number we can use your name and email address to find the number for you.

Restrictions
|
E-Tickets are only valid during our standard opening hours.
|
|
Fast track service
|
The fast track service allows E-Ticketholders to bypass most of the queue at peak times, but doesn't guarantee a punt immediately.
|
|
Expiry date
|
E-Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used once they have expired.
|
|
|
