Minimum age
|
Applicants must be aged 16 years or over.

2.

Restrictions
|
There is a limit of one E-Membership per applicant.
|

3.
|
Fee
|
There is a non-refundable enrolment fee of £20.00.
|
|
4.
|
Validity
|
E-Membership is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
|
|
Entitlements
|
|
1.
|
Opening offer
|
New E-Members are eligible for an opening offer of either
a free weekday self-hire session of up to 2 hours' duration
or 2 free places on one of our regular scheduled
public College Backs Tours.
|
|
2.
|
Reduced rates
|
E-Members are entitled to the discounted rates for Scudamore's self-hire craft and
scheduled public College Backs Tours, as published on this website
(the "Scheme Standard Discount Rates"). Scheme
Standard Discount Rates apply to purchases on-station, not
pre-bookings, and cannot be used in conjunction with other
Scudamore's discounts, offers or promotions (e.g. Summer Season
Tickets).

Special offers
|
E-Members will also be entitled to regular exclusive punting offers
(the "Scheme Special Offers"), which will be
communicated by email. Scheme Special Offers cannot be used in
conjunction with other Scudamore's discounts, offers or promotions.
Any change of email address should be
notified as soon as
possible.

4.
|
Numbers
|
Limits per E-Member: a maximum of 2 self-hire craft or 6 places on a
punt tour at any one time at the Scheme Standard Discount Rates or
under any of the Scheme Special Offers. Numbers above these limits
will be charged at
standard self-hire
rates and standard tour
rates.

|
Conditions
|
|

ID
|
Proof of ID must be produced on station by E-Members to receive Scheme
Standard Discount Rates; failure to do so will invalidate entitlement
to such Rates. A valid, signed credit or debit card or photocard
driving licence will usually be deemed sufficient for such purposes.
|
|
2.
|
Applicability
|
For Scheme Standard Discount Rates or Scheme Special Offers to apply
the E-Member must be the hirer of the craft (self-hire) or go on the
tour with their group.
|
|
3.
|
Non-transferability
|
E-Membership is non-transferable and cannot be used by a third party.
|
|
4.
|
Self-hire craft
|
Scudamore's standard hire
terms and conditions, as displayed on station and printed on hire
tickets, apply to self-hire craft hired by E-Members.
|
5.
|
Misuse
|
Any misuse by an individual of their E-Membership will result in its
cancellation.
|
|
Promotions
|
|
1.
|
Privacy
|
E-Members' details will be held on file for Scudamore's promotional
purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.
|
|
2.
|
Opt out
|
Individual E-Members not wishing to receive promotional should
email us with a request
to be taken off the mailing list.
|
|
3.
|
Amendments
|
Scudamore's reserve the right to alter, amend or change these Terms &
Conditions. Any changes will be notified to E-Members by email.
