For many people, the river is at is best in the late evening or early morning. For those who are prepared to venture forth, we are pleased to offer Overnight Hire for both punts and rowboats.

Overnight Hire is available at our Main Boatyard from 17:00 until closing time and craft should be returned by 09:00 the next morning. They are self-locking, allowing hirers to return at any time. Overnight Hire is available for Grantchester only.

This type of hire is available on station on the day. We also accept pre-bookings. For further information on advance sales please click here. We regret that Overnight Hire is not available for Canadian canoes or kayaks.

Rates
Prices: per craft for the fixed rate period, Fixed rate period: 17:00 to 09:00 the next day. Security deposit: required before hire commences. Hire Terms & Conditions: available here.
On station	£90.00. Payment: before the commencement of hire.
Booking Punt Rowboat	Rates: as above. Minimum charge: 1 craft. Hire after 09:00 the next day: charged at the day's standard rate, pro rata to the nearest 6 mins. Any additional charges: payable on station at the end of hire.
