The Fitzwilliam Museum is one of the finest small museums in Europe,
housing world-class collections of works of art and antiquities. It
should be part of any visitor's itinerary and is located on
Trumpington Street, just a few minutes' walk from our Mill Lane punt
station.
As an added incentive to visit the Fitzwilliam we have got together
with the Museum's Courtyard Café to offer our customers the most
traditional experience in town. Our Punt Tour & Cream Tea package
combines places on one of our regular 45 minute College Backs Tours
with a cream tea at the Café.
The cream tea comprises a pot of fine leaf tea (supplemented by a
glass of milk for under-12s) served with handmade scones, jam and
clotted cream. The cream tea can be taken any time from 10:00 to
16:00 Tuesdays to Saturdays, or from 12:00 to 16:00 on Sundays.
Please note that the Fitzwilliam Museum and Café are closed on
Mondays.
